Frequently Asked Questions 1. Are there refunds? We can offer you a refund if you cancel your tour/event 24 hours in advance, or if rain cancels your event. Otherwise, we are not able to issue a refund. If you missed your tour, make sure you have our number handy so you can let us know if you are lost, running late or need to reschedule. We will try our best to accommodate you into the next available tour if you miss it, but space is not guaranteed. (619) 850-8912. 2. Can we pay in cash? For group tours, you are welcome to pay in cash on the day of the tour. Please call to confirm your spot if you plan to pay cash, and we will pencil you in for that tour. You must be at our meeting location on time, or your reservation will be given to someone else. For a guaranteed spot in the tour, you can use a credit card online. Click on the Calendar to purchase your preferred group tour. No checks are accepted. (619) 850-8912 3. During our private your, what should we wear since we will be photographed? Plain, color coordinated lights or darks work best. 4. Do I need to sign a waiver? Yes, we'll bring a liability waiver for you and your guests to sign. 5. Why aren't the meeting locations listed online? Some of our tours/events are scavenger based, so we like to keep it hush-hush until the last minute. 6. Why are reservations required? We limit our group tours to 10 people, so we want to make sure there is room for you on the tour. We close reservations 2 hours prior to tour start time. |
